Cartel was started in 1975 by three hairstylists with the intention to create a salon of artisans that think like a team and work as a team. Now in our 42nd year we think we have put together one of our best. Like any professional team we are constantly building, training, and seeking out the best in personnel and products to satisfy the needs of the client. All you need to do is walk in our door to find out what sets us apart from other salons. We want to make you happy and we will do anything to accomplish that goal.
