Jessica Rousseau

Jessica has been in the beauty industry for ten years, and has spent six and a half of those years as a Cartel team member, first assisting for three years, and then moving to her own station where she has been styling for three and a half years. She specializes in fine, fragile hair and curly hair, smoothing systems and custom cuts, including razor cuts. She excels in event makeup, bridal makeup, and is an incredible special effects makeup artist! Jessica’s upbeat personality and constant smile is key to her amazing communication skills with her clientele and the rest of our Cartel family!
